I'm Sheila, a mom, mental health social worker, yoga teacher and student. I'm passionate about racial & social justice, open-ended creativity, and having conversations surrounding mental health. I live in the Greater Philadelphia area with my husband and two children.

Through my experiences of both privilege & racism growing up in a sundown town, I offer a unique perspective on the variety of issues mixed people of color face. I'm excited & honored to share what I have learned along the way!
